PO case Part 2

Well, finally i have gotten the right sum for the client. Now it is up to the opponent whether they will pay the judgment sum to my client or not. The word of the day is 'SHOULD' ! I hate it when it is coming from other's mouth to me! 

Champions league final 2014 Lisbon & QPR~

The final result does not reflect the actual game itself especially after Bale has scored the winning goal against Altetico. Ronaldo and Casillas displayed disappointing performances. A rather more exciting news is that QPR has gotten themselves promoted to Premiership.

Hyatt Regency Kuantan

Spending a weekend here is really fantastic. This is Hyatt Regency in Kuantan.

Teng Haw 祥和 Kuantan 关丹 curry mee 咖哩麵。

Most people opt for the curry mee in Teluk Cempedak but not for me. I prefer the Teng Haw, locals call it 祥和. What I like about it is the curry soup which has the authentic taste like curry mee those days back about 15 years ago. The taste is irresistible. I believe this taste is already history in KL. It costs in thr range of RM5 to RM10 if you wanna add more go-along dishes with it. It is located about 5 min from teluk cempedak where u will first have satay zul on your left, go a little further about 50m and u will find it the same row with 7-11.

This is the brand new A3 Sedan which I have been waiting for 1 1/2 years since I first heard about it n finally it has now come in M'sia. Such an elegant n luxury continental car. I'll get mine in July. Yahooo!!!

Kuantan Porridge Hut 粥王 Jalan Beserah

Had this for dinner. The place is called Porridge Hut 粥王。 The porridge is yummy and the Kung Po eel is especially tasty. The Hut is located at Jalan Beserah where once u see Mitsubishi Motor on your left u havr to do a u-turn and about 50m ahead make a left turn then u can see the Hut is on your left. Finding the place can be quite tricky. Dun rely on waze too much. Worth the taste.

PO case

My First has got to be work. My client has just instructed me to appeal on a decision which has granted about 75% of the total amount claimed. While it may sound acceptable, it does not have any form of legal explanation in reaching the decision. And so it is a wise decision to appeal. I'm confident that the full amount claimed should be allowed by the appellate court. I'll update about this case again. I shall call it the PO case.
